Commercialization Project Leader

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and supply chain industry, is seeking a Commercialization Project Leader to join their team. As a Commercialization Project Leader, you will be part of the Innovation and Supply Chain Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Commercialization Project Leader

Location: Remote, NC

What's the Job?

  • Lead teams to develop project scope incorporating cross-functional inputs.
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules, including alternative methods to meet project objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks/issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate risks and mitigation tactics effectively to senior leadership.
  • Manage stage gate processes, conduct key reviews, and ensure project documentation accuracy.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of related business experience in project management, especially within manufacturing, supply chain, or R&D.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, and Power-BI.
  • Experience managing complex projects such as new product platforms, brands, or line extensions.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to guide diverse teams.
