Our client, a leading organization in the financial sector, is seeking a Manager Enterprise Applications - Finance to join their team. As a Manager Enterprise Applications - Finance, you will be part of the Results Delivery Office supporting the Finance department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manager Enterprise Applications - Finance

Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin

What's the Job?

• Lead strategic business capability management and IT investment prioritization within the finance functional area.
• Guide teams in adopting Agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban to enhance project delivery and team efficiency.
• Manage IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.
• Act as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders, facilitating requirements gathering and project updates.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives by integrating innovative solutions and modernizing legacy systems to improve user satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in analyzing and delivering against business requirements.
• Minimum of 5 years of medium to large-scale program management experience.
• At least 2 years of progressive leadership experience managing teams and projects.
• Experience managing globally dispersed teams and familiarity with project and program management methodologies.
