Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure sector, is seeking a dedicated ITSM Change/Release Engineer to join their dynamic team. As an ITSM Change/Release Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Service Management department supporting operational excellence and process optimization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: ITSM Change/Release Engineer
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid role)
Pay Range:$40-45/hr on w2
What's the Job?
- Manage and optimize ITSM processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Asset & Configuration Management
- Administer and support ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira to ensure smooth operations
- Develop comprehensive reporting, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement
- Lead initiatives for continuous service improvement to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with Infrastructure Operations, Engineering, and business stakeholders to align service delivery strategies
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Release Management, Change Management, and Problem Management
- Proficiency with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
- Strong understanding of IT service management best practices and governance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to develop and interpret KPIs, dashboards, and reports for service performance tracking
