ITSM Change/Release Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure sector, is seeking a dedicated ITSM Change/Release Engineer to join their dynamic team. As an ITSM Change/Release Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Service Management department supporting operational excellence and process optimization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: ITSM Change/Release Engineer

Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid role)

Pay Range:$40-45/hr on w2
 

What's the Job?

• Manage and optimize ITSM processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Asset & Configuration Management
• Administer and support ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira to ensure smooth operations
• Develop comprehensive reporting, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement
• Lead initiatives for continuous service improvement to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with Infrastructure Operations, Engineering, and business stakeholders to align service delivery strategies

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Release Management, Change Management, and Problem Management
• Proficiency with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
• Strong understanding of IT service management best practices and governance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to develop and interpret KPIs, dashboards, and reports for service performance tracking
