Salesforce Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking an Salesforce Developer to join their team. As Salesforce Developer, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting enterprise-level solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Addison, TX (local only)

Pay Range: $65-68/hr on w2

What's the Job?

• Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce solutions with enterprise systems using APIs and other tools.
• Design and implement UI components using Lightning Web Components and other JavaScript frameworks.
• Create technical design documents and develop solutions aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review, understand, and explain code and technical solutions.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 7+ years of overall IT experience with a focus on Salesforce development.
• Experience with Data Cloud implementation and proof of concepts (POCs).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and JavaScript libraries such as Node.js.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
