Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Simulation Engineer to join their team. As a Simulation Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting innovative projects and technological advancements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
- Develop and validate simulation models to support product design and testing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation insights into engineering solutions.
- Analyze simulation data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Maintain and update simulation tools and software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Document simulation procedures and results for reporting and continuous improvement.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years experience
- Min 1 years of Siemen Plant Simulation experience (must have)
- Proven experience in simulation modeling and analysis.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and software tools related to simulation.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively share findings and collaborate with teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
