Job Title: Simulation Engineer

Location: Farmington, Michigan

Pay Range:  $90000 - $130000
On Site: M-F

What's the Job?
Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Simulation Engineer to join their team. As a Simulation Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting innovative projects and technological advancements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

• Develop and validate simulation models to support product design and testing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation insights into engineering solutions.
• Analyze simulation data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Maintain and update simulation tools and software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Document simulation procedures and results for reporting and continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years experience
• Min 1 years of Siemen Plant Simulation experience (must have)
• Proven experience in simulation modeling and analysis.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and software tools related to simulation.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively share findings and collaborate with teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
