CAPA Process Analyst

Our client is seeking a CAPA Process Analyst to join their team. As a CAPA Process Analyst, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the investigation and resolution of quality issues. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Conduct investigations of nonconformances and quality events within the company's QMS platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support investigations and ensure corrective actions are appropriate and effective.
  • Ensure that all CAPA documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Lead the investigation of complex quality issues and ensure timely completion of CAPA activities.
  • Maintain audit-ready records and support continuous improvement initiatives based on identified trends.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
  • Experience with Corrective and Preventive Action processes in regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or laboratories.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with QMS platforms, preferably EQMS.
  • Knowledge of CAP regulations, NLCP, or similar standards is preferred.
