Our client, a leading organization in the customer services industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support team supporting service operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information
- Resolve billing and service complaints including refunds and adjustments
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Escalate unresolved cases to appropriate departments
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications
What’s Needed?
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service and interpersonal experience
- Ability to work independently and manage time
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
