Our client, a leading entertainment and media organization, is seeking a dedicated Senior Content Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Content Marketing Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Content Marketing Department supporting the global distribution team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, aligning successfully with the company's innovative and inclusive culture.
Job Title: Senior Content Marketing Coordinator
Location: El Segundo, CA. HYBRID (onsite 4 days a week)
Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension/conversion
Pay Range: $45/hr w2

What's the Job?
- Support the planning and execution of marketing assets and campaigns across digital platforms, linear networks, and home entertainment channels.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with creative teams and external partners to develop assets that meet brand and platform standards.
- Analyze content performance metrics and provide insights to optimize discoverability and audience engagement.
- Assist in building and maintaining release calendars, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials.
What's Needed?
- 3-5 years of experience in digital and TV content marketing, with familiarity across multiple platforms including digital, VOD, FAST, and OTT.
- Experience working with distribution platforms such as Amazon Prime Video Direct or similar services.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
