Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking an NPI Project Manager to join their team. As an NPI Project Manager, you will be part of the Program Management Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: 40-45/hr
What's the Job?
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive effective project management and predictable project execution for new product introductions.
- Lead complex NPI programs, setting project strategy and guiding teams to ensure alignment with broader portfolio and global initiatives.
- Manage all aspects of projects including scope, plan, budget, resources, and risk management, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
- Drive the development and commercialization of medical devices through structured, phase-gate execution.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, providing clear updates and escalating risks as needed.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related discipline.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion on time and within budget.
- Experience leading NPI programs and executing phase-gate processes, with knowledge of design controls and regulatory standards (FDA, ISO).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
