Our client, a leading organization in the technology and enterprise solutions sector, is seeking a Network Engineer 3 - Contingent to join their team. As a Network Engineer 3 - Contingent, you will be part of the Network Engineering department supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Design and implement LAN/WAN/Datacenter solutions for large enterprise environments.
  • Configure and manage IP routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and Static routes, including DDoS mitigation strategies and ACL configurations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to create and update technical design documentation.
  • Participate in enterprise-level projects, ensuring industry best practices are followed.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise network solutions.
  • Proficiency with IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, Static) and network security controls including ACLs, VRFs, and DDoS Virtual Connect.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus and/or Arista platforms for routing and switching.
  • Operational knowledge of network security and ability to create technical documentation.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as YAML, Python, Ansible, and version control tools like GITHUB.
