Our client, a leader in defense and surveillance avionics systems, is seeking a dedicated Hardware Test Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Hardware Test Engineer, you will be an integral part of the hardware development, testing, and certification process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to collaboration, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Phoenix, AZ or Redmond, WA (On Site)
What's the Job?
- Support hardware development, testing, and certification activities for defense and surveillance systems.
- Develop and validate comprehensive test setups to ensure hardware functionality and reliability.
- Assist in certification processes and prepare detailed documentation to meet industry standards.
- Collaborate across verification, audits, and troubleshooting teams to resolve hardware issues efficiently.
- Interface with quality, manufacturing, and customer teams to ensure seamless project execution.
What's Needed?
- Extensive lab and test experience with hardware systems.
- Understanding of certification processes relevant to defense and aerospace hardware.
- Strong fundamentals in electronics and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience working with military or aerospace hardware programs (optional but preferred).
- Knowledge of DO-160G standards (optional but advantageous).
