Brand Activation Manager

Our client, in consumer packaged goods industry is seeking a Brand Activation Manager to join their team.  The ideal candidate will have Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on in-market brand activation which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Brand Activation Manager

Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $40 - $45 hourly

Contract: 6 - 12 Months (extension possible)

What’s the Job?

• Lead day-to-day brand activation and execution for products currently in market, ensuring successful launch and ongoing performance initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional marketing projects from planning through execution, partnering with Sales, Insights, Finance, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and agency teams.
• Analyze consumer insights, business performance, and market trends to develop strategic recommendations and support business growth.
• Manage forecasting, business planning, and project timelines while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate media, creative, and artwork development with internal and external partners, presenting solutions to key business challenges and ensuring on-time delivery.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 5–7 years of Brand Management experience.
• Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) marketing experience preferred, with a strong emphasis on in-market brand activation; activation experience is more important than innovation/new product development experience.
• Strong background in consumer insights, analytics, forecasting, media planning, and packaging/artwork execution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously within a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
• Self-starter with a high level of ownership, strong problem-solving abilities, and a track record of driving projects from concept through completion with minimal supervision.
