GenAI Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a GenAI Developer to join their innovative team. As a GenAI Developer, you will be part of the Consumer Intelligent Automation & AI department supporting the development of enterprise-grade AI products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title:GenAI Developer

Location:Charlotte, NC - 5 days on-site

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, test, and deploy sophisticated Generative AI applications that impact millions of customers.
• Lead moderately complex initiatives within technical engineering environments, contributing to large-scale strategies across Consumer Technology.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to translate architectural designs into robust, scalable, and secure software solutions.
• Implement prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation, fine-tuning, and agentic design patterns for AI systems.
• Integrate LLM models with existing enterprise systems while ensuring compliance with governance and security standards.

What's Needed?

• 4+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
• 2+ years of experience working with Generative AI, large language models, or foundation models.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Proficiency in Python programming language.
• Experience with REST API development, containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and source control tools such as Git.
