Regulatory Documents Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and product stewardship industry, is seeking a Regulatory Documents Specialist to join their team in Maplewood, MN. As a Regulatory Documents Specialist, you will be part of the Product Stewardship department supporting regulatory data management, documentation, and customer inquiry responses. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Regulatory Documents Specialist

Location: Maplewood, MN (Onsite, M-F, Standard Working Hours

Pay Range: $21.00/HR + Benefits

Contract Duration: 12-Months W2 Contract, potential to extend

Job Functions:

• Prepare, review, and coordinate responses to customer regulatory inquiries, questionnaires, and documentation requests.
• Support the Product Stewardship team with regulatory data collection, document management, and record maintenance.
• Gather product and regulatory information from internal systems and collaborate with subject matter experts as needed.
• Maintain and update regulatory documentation, product declarations, certifications, and stewardship records.
• Monitor incoming requests and ensure deliverables are completed within established timelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a scientific, technical, business, environmental, or related field.
• Previous experience in regulatory support, product stewardship, compliance, documentation, or administrative coordination is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
