Our client, is seeking a L3 Genesys Support to join their team. As a L3 Genesys Support, you will be part of the Contact Center Operations supporting IVR and Genesys systems. The ideal candidate will have strong ownership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: L3 Genesys Support
Location:Plano, Texas ( 3 days onsite)
Pay Range:$60/hr
What's the Job?
- Support and maintain Contact Center / IVR / Genesys systems within the organization.
- Handle deep-dive troubleshooting, escalations from Level 2, and application-level issues.
- Utilize tools such as Java basics, API calls, Linux commands, Windows troubleshooting, and Splunk log analysis to resolve issues.
- Analyze logs and identify root causes of system problems to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve system performance and support processes.
What's Needed?
- Basic knowledge of Java, APIs, Linux commands, and Windows troubleshooting.
- Strong ownership, communication skills, and a proactive approach.
- Comfortable working under production support pressure and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow established procedures.
