Our client is seeking a Security Analyst to join their team. As a Security Analyst, you will be part of the Information Technology Department supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a curious and questioning mindset, and the ability to work effectively within a high-priority team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Provide operational support for IAM services by processing security requests and resolving incidents.
- Create, modify, and disable user accounts, and manage application access provisioning and removal.
- Perform basic Microsoft 365 and Exchange administration, including managing distribution groups and shared mailboxes.
- Troubleshoot authentication and email-related issues, ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Assist with security projects, audits, and documentation to maintain security standards.
What's Needed?
- 4-7 years of experience in account provisioning, de-provisioning, and security management for platforms and applications.
- Knowledge of security rules to grant or revoke access to applications, servers, and group folders.
- Experience coordinating activities within account management teams to respond to customer requests promptly.
- Ability to create and maintain security rules that enforce organizational security standards and policies.
- Strong attention to detail, customer service experience, and a collaborative work ethic.
