Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Supply Chain Planner 3 to join their team. As a Supply Chain Planner 3, you will be part of the Supply Chain Operations supporting demand and supply planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supply Chain Planner 3 - CLOUD

Location: Redmond, WA - HYBRID (3x a week)

Pay Range: $38/hr W2 + Benefits (NO C2C)

What's the Job?

  • Analyze demand and supply signals to support planning activities across multiple workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain planning analytics and dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
  • Support planning process design, testing, and operationalization for materials and labor requirements.
  • Coordinate with Planning, Logistics, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on current and future plans.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, planning accuracy, and supply chain readiness.

What's Needed?

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and ERP/MRP planning systems such as SAP IBP, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working within technology, manufacturing, logistics, or data center environments is preferred.
