Our client, a leading organization in the legal and corporate support sector, is seeking a Legal Coordinator to join their team. As a Legal Coordinator, you will be part of the Legal Operations team supporting various internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Remote

Pay Range: $25-$32 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Preparing and routing contracts for DocuSign to ensure timely execution.
  • Reviewing addresses and contact information for accuracy and preparing detailed spreadsheet reports.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams and external parties, confirming information, and providing regular status updates.
  • Supporting the LegalOps Administrator with coordinating project meetings, tracking milestones, and updating task lists.
  • Acting as a liaison between the legal department, external departments, and affiliated companies to facilitate smooth communication and processes.

What's Needed?

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Elementary proficiency in reading Chinese script (simplified & traditional) to review addresses and names accurately.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to foster positive relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
