Electro Mechanical Test Technician

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing of radiation products, is seeking a Senior Test Technician to join their team. As a Senior Test Technician, you will be part of the Production Support team supporting quality assurance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Test Technician

Location: Oakwood, OH

Pay Range: $30

What's the Job?

• Perform product testing according to defined processes and specifications in a production environment
• Calibrate and test using radiation sources to ensure product performance
• Monitor and record the performance of products during testing and provide status updates to team members and leaders
• Execute activities based on established procedures while identifying opportunities for process optimization
• Test parts of systems or full systems with typical to advanced test times, ensuring on-time delivery of modules or electro-mechanical assemblies with high quality

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is a plus
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience operating and maintaining automated equipment
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a production environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and/or electronics testing and ability to operate and troubleshoot automated equipment
• Ability to analyze and interpret electrical, mechanical, and software technical data with high attention to detail
