Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential part of the Coverage and Capital Markets department supporting multiple regional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $25/hr
What's the Job?
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and coordinate internal and external appointments for executives and team members.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external use.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas where applicable, and expense reporting in accordance with firm policies.
- Support planning and execution of meetings, events, and offsites, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external counterparties, ensuring timely and professional communication.
What's Needed?
- 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative support role.
- Must Have banking/Financial industry experience
- Prior experience supporting senior executives and/or teams within fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams and manage competing priorities across regions.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in office management software and tools.
