Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a BA Manager (Contract-to-Hire) to join their team. As a BA Manager (Contract-to-Hire), you will be part of the Business Analysis department supporting project delivery and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of four Business Analysts to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Establish and promote business analysis standards, methodologies, and best practices across projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and communication bridge between business stakeholders and IT leadership.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with proven leadership capabilities.
- 2+ years of direct people management or team leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of IT operational processes, SOP management, and governance practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical teams.
