Application Support Engineer

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and distribution of recreational products and related services worldwide, is seeking a Application Support Engineer to join their team. As a Application Support Engineer, you will be part of the Software Engineering department supporting the IT Reinvention Phase 1 project. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, collaboration, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Application Support Engineer (Oracle WebCenter)

Location: Remote 

Pay Range:$50-53/hr on w2 

What's the Job?

• Develop deep expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Support and guide colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence and improve system design and operational processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support procedures and documentation to elevate service quality.
• Analyze recurring problems and propose innovative solutions to prevent future incidents and optimize system stability.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software support or related roles.
• Expert proficiency in Oracle WebCenter Sites.
• Recommended proficiency in Oracle WebCenter Portal.
• Knowledge of Oracle WebCenter suite and familiarity with Oracle EPM / IPM and EDM is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
