Our client, an innovative organization supporting higher education technology initiatives, is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join their team. As a Sr. Project Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting multiple college implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead multiple technical implementation projects for Community Colleges.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and action items.
- Facilitate weekly implementation meetings with colleges and project stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
- Coordinate activities between college representatives and technical subject matter experts to ensure smooth execution.
- Track project progress, communicate status updates, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of experience managing technical implementation projects.
- Proven experience leading software implementation or systems integration projects.
- Strong project management, organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
