Sr. Project Manager

Our client, an innovative organization supporting higher education technology initiatives, is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join their team. As a Sr. Project Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting multiple college implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead multiple technical implementation projects for Community Colleges.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and action items.
• Facilitate weekly implementation meetings with colleges and project stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
• Coordinate activities between college representatives and technical subject matter experts to ensure smooth execution.
• Track project progress, communicate status updates, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience managing technical implementation projects.
• Proven experience leading software implementation or systems integration projects.
• Strong project management, organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
