Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Full Stack Java Developer to join their team. As a Full Stack Java Developer, you will be part of the Contact Center Technology Development team supporting migration and integration projects. What's the Job?
- Lead the development of large-scale contact center software solutions, focusing on cloud migration and integration efforts.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy middleware to bridge system gaps and enhance organizational value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software solutions meet business requirements and technical standards.
- Maintain and improve user interfaces, primarily using React, to support long-term vendor offloading strategies.
- Participate in technical reviews, code quality assurance, and documentation to uphold best practices.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Java development and modern tech stacks.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, React, Microservices, Kafka, and cloud deployment environments such as Cloud Foundry.
- Experience with contact center technology, including system integrations and middleware development.
- Knowledge of cloud environments and deployment strategies, with familiarity in OCP (OpenShift) preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to ask the right questions, and strategic thinking capabilities.
