Our client, a leading organization in the semiconductor and hardware validation industry, is seeking a Validation Engineer to join their team. As a Validation Engineer, you will be part of the Systems Engineering department supporting hardware validation and debugging efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Participate in the design and development of validation strategies for complex hardware systems.
  • Drive post-silicon hardware validation, silicon bring-up, and debug of AMD processor and graphics-based systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, software, diagnostics, and project leadership to meet product milestones.
  • Identify, isolate, and debug hardware and system-level issues using lab tools and debugging techniques.
  • Develop and execute test plans, document findings, and ensure thorough validation coverage.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of SoC architecture, PCB design, and hardware debugging techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with system validation, hardware bring-up, and debug tools such as logic analyzers and debug connectors.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, and familiarity with BIOS, OS (Windows/Linux), and driver interactions.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
