Our client, a leading organization in the technology and digital content sector, is seeking a Content Coordinator 3 to join their team. As a Content Coordinator 3, you will be part of the Content Strategy and Content Curation team supporting Microsoft 365 experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, creative judgment, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: REMOTE - EST Hours

Pay Range:$27/hr W2 + Benefits (NO C2C)

What's the Job?

  • Curate and optimize content collections across Microsoft 365 experiences, ensuring relevance and engagement.
  • Evaluate content quality, design effectiveness, and customer value across multiple content types and product surfaces.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and customer engagement signals to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define, execute, and evaluate content experiments and optimizations.
  • Create compelling narratives and strategic recommendations based on data insights to influence content strategy and stakeholder decisions.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content curation, product strategy, or related disciplines.
  • Proficiency with CMS tools to curate, organize, and publish content collections.
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles, content quality evaluation, and customer-centered design.
  • Experience working with dashboards, performance metrics, and data visualization tools.
