SPC Supply Chain Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and supply chain industry, is seeking a Logistics Specialist  to join their team. As a Logistics Specialist, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Logistics Specialist

Location: Forest City, IA (100% onsite) 

Pay Range:$18 to $20
Duration: 6 month contract 
2 roles available for the below shifts 
3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m
9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

What's the Job?

• Manage intercompany orders, including order entry, inquiries, change requests, and exceptions.
• Investigate order status, resolve shipment discrepancies, and address back-order situations.
• Manage reporting processes for demand planning, order management, inventory, and financial reporting.
• Follow established procedures within supply planning, warehousing, transportation, and inventory control.
• Utilize tracking systems to monitor progress and report results, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

What's Needed?

• Experience in supply chain or logistics operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently within defined work priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with tracking and reporting systems.
• HS Diploma and experience with MS Office
