Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support the Vending PC Replacement Project. This temporary, part‑time position will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth execution of project activities, including logistics coordination, scheduling, reporting, and collaboration with internal teams and third‑party vendors.
The ideal candidate will excel in communication, project management, and problem‑solving while managing multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for outbound PC shipments from our third‑party vendor and manage return shipments from customers back to the vendor.
- Schedule technical field service associates for customer site visits.
- Produce time‑based reporting to support project milestones and progress tracking.
- Work cross‑functionally with the third‑party vendor and our field service team to ensure alignment and project continuity.
- Maintain detailed case management records and ensure tasks progress according to established timelines.
- Assist with project documentation, updates, and general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including timeline tracking, task coordination, and issue escalation.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with expert‑level skills in Excel.
- Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong case management and follow‑up discipline.
- Highly detail‑oriented with outstanding organizational skills.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage a fast‑paced workload with minimal oversight.
- Proficiency with remote access tools (e.g., VPN, Terminal Services, TeamViewer, Remote Desktop Connection).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
