Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of the IT department supporting various teams involved in reporting, analytics, and data engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Pay Range: $70/hr 

What's the Job?

  • Lead complex initiatives with broad impact across the organization, focusing on ServiceNow reporting and analytics.
  • Design, develop, and operate tooling to identify and report data and application issues to engineering and product teams.
  • Review and analyze software enhancement initiatives to recommend technical and operational improvements.
  • Make informed decisions in complex data engineering situations, considering software options and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate strategically with internal partners to resolve high-risk data engineering challenges and drive organizational change.

What's Needed?

  • 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow Development, including performance analytics.
  • 5+ years of Database Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, Vulnerability Remediation, and Service Catalog for at least 3 years.
  • Proficiency in Workspace and/or Portal development on ServiceNow.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
