Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 1 to join their team. This is a Program Manager/Business Program Manager role supporting the customer success organization. The primary responsibility is to work directly with Customer Success Account Managers (CSAMs) to drive execution of strategic initiatives.
Rather than managing software development, this person acts as the bridge between program leadership and the field organization—communicating new initiatives, ensuring CSAMs understand what's required, securing their commitment, and following up until execution is complete.

Pay Range: $40/hr - $43/hr
What's the Job?
- Interface with Customer Success Account Managers (CSAMs) on technical and project matters, clearly explaining the CSAM ask and ensuring follow-up for execution.
- Create and maintain program and project schedules along with status reports to track progress effectively.
- Provide technical, analytical, or initiative-specific information, securing input and commitment from stakeholders.
- Organize cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Gather detailed knowledge to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for initiatives, facilitating communication with CSAMs and stakeholders.
What's Needed?
- Experience working with Microsoft customer-facing organizations such as CSAMs or similar stakeholder groups.
- Strong stakeholder management, outreach, and communication skills, including facilitating challenging conversations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes, initiatives, and business objectives.
- Proven adaptability and flexibility within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
