Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Business Execution Consultant 3 - Contingent to join their team. As a Business Execution Consultant 3 - Contingent, you will be part of the Payments Operations support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Business Execution Consultant 3 - Contingent

What's the Job?
- Support defect identification, updates, potential resolution, and prioritization within Payments Operations.
- Create reporting for executive summaries to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Develop and deliver executive presentations, including burndown charts, to communicate progress effectively.
- Lead daily review meetings with multiple internal partners to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
- Create detailed meeting notes and actionable takeaways from all discussions to support continuous improvement.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting wire payments and MX formatted messages.
- Experience with Octane and/or JIRA for issue tracking and project management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to all levels of management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues effectively.
