LoanIQ Analyst

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Business Execution Consultant 3 - Contingent to join their team. As a Business Execution Consultant 3 - Contingent, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting loan conversion projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong analytical skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Execution Consultant 3 - Contingent

Location: Chandler, AZ (Primary site)

What's the Job?

• Support the manual conversion of commercial loans from AFS to Loan IQ systems.
• Work closely with the team to ensure accurate and efficient batch loan conversions.
• Utilize deep system knowledge to perform conversions with minimal ramp-up time.
• Collaborate with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of conversion processes and progress.

What's Needed?

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in loan systems and commercial lending.
• Strong hands-on experience with both AFS and Loan IQ systems (must-have).
• Deep understanding of commercial lending processes, especially loan closing.
• Ability to work efficiently in a manual conversion environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
