Our client, a leading organization in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Technical Recruiter to join their team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the hiring needs of a dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a consultative approach to recruitment, and a passion for connecting talented professionals with exciting opportunities, aligning successfully within a fast-paced environment.
Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Location: Remote but must be in PST time zone
Pay Range: $60-65/hr
Duration: 6 Months contract
Must: Previous experience working with a Semiconductor Manufacturing company (AMD, Micron, Qualcomm, etc.)
What's the Job?
- Source qualified technical candidates using various internet databases, internal tools, social media, and job boards
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and assess candidate experience
- Draft offer letters aligned with market and business needs
- Coordinate interview debriefs with internal and client teams, sharing feedback on roadblocks and market trends
- Ensure an engaging and positive candidate experience
What's Needed?
- Previous experience working with a Semiconductor Manufacturing company (AMD, Micron, Qualcomm, etc.)
- Hands-on recruiting experience, especially for technical roles
- Strong ability to take a consultative approach to helping managers with candidate selection and role configuration
- Familiarity with Workday Recruiting or other ATS and exposure to AI tools to enhance recruiting productivity
- Strong understanding of high-volume and fast-paced recruiting and hiring processes
