IT Program Manager III

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an IT Program Manager III to join their team. As an IT Program Manager III, you will be part of the Market Risk Technology department supporting risk management and data governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support the Market Risk Technology team in understanding and managing data governance and data flow processes.
• Coordinate and manage a portfolio of projects focused on remediating data issues within the ecosystem.
• Source new data from upstream systems and ensure proper mapping and transformations.
• Demonstrate how data changes or remains consistent through various flows to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical, business, and quantitative partners to deliver actionable insights and ensure compliance.

What's Needed?

• Prior experience as a Program or Project Manager in technical delivery environments.
• Experience working on data-related projects within Global Markets or Risk Technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of Market Risk concepts and data flow management.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
