AI Product Owner

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and enterprise solutions sector, is seeking a Product Owner to join their team. As a Product Owner, you will be part of the Global Technology Organization supporting innovative AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, collaborative mindset, and technical acumen, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Product Owner

Location: El Segundo, CA. HYBRID (onsite 4 days a week).

Pay Range: $65/hr - $$85/hr w2

What's the Job?

• Align and manage organization-wide AI product development initiatives.
• Collaborate with various business units to understand their needs and prioritize AI use cases.
• Lead the gathering of insights, ideation, and development of new AI-powered business models.
• Establish Responsible AI Principles and collaborate with legal and security teams to ensure compliance.
• Work closely with technology teams to develop and promote AI products and ensure successful adoption.

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI or related technologies.
• Proven leadership in developing products within a multidisciplinary, cross-functional environment.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in building and scaling enterprise AI platforms, including Generative and Agentic AI capabilities.
