Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Tester to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will be part of the QA Department supporting the core banking transformation project. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Develop, document, and execute detailed test scenarios and test cases for configuration, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing.
  • Perform hands-on testing of the Fiserv DNA core banking platform, focusing on deposit products and customer-facing functions.
  • Validate deposit product configurations, including rates, tiers, fees, and posting logic.
  • Conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing across multiple systems, including third-party integrations and GL interfaces.
  • Identify, document, and manage defects using test management tools such as Jira, ensuring timely resolution and quality delivery.

What's Needed?

  • At least 5 years of QA experience within the banking industry, with a focus on deposit products and core banking systems.
  • Hands-on experience testing the Fiserv DNA core banking platform.
  • Knowledge of testing integrations within the Fiserv ecosystem, including APIs and third-party services.
  • Proficiency in developing comprehensive test cases from business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools is a plus.
