Supply Chain Operations Analyst

Our client, a leader in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Analyst to join their team. As a Supply Chain Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Logistics and Project Management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Analyst

Location:El Segundo, CA

Pay Range: $25-29/hr

What's the Job?

• Track all inbound shipments from China, including status updates with freight forwarders and delivery confirmations
• Maintain team status reports on all projects, including POs and delivery dates
• Issue purchase orders ensuring compliance with auditing standards and approvals
• Resolve receiving issues by providing documentation and collaborating with logistics and receiving teams
• Work with Accounts Payable to ensure timely vendor payments and review invoices for accuracy
