Go To Market Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Go To Market Coordinator to join their team. As a Go To Market Coordinator, you will be part of the Marketing Operations supporting the global GTM team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Go To Market Coordinator 

Location:El Segundo, CA

Pay Range: $25-29/hr 

What's the Job?

• Must have beauty/ Cosmetics/ Fashion industry background experience. 
• Support the GTM team by managing business reporting, market sampling logistics, and digital content organization.
• Coordinate operational systems, internal event planning, and purchase order creation to ensure seamless execution.
• Pull and synthesize performance data across global markets to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage inventory, logistics, and shipping of product samples for various market needs.
• Organize and structure digital libraries and SharePoint assets for easy access by global teams.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
• Comfort working with data, with intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with databases such as Circana or internal systems like SAP is a plus.
• Outstanding multitasking and project management skills.
• Highly organized with a proactive approach to workflow improvements.
