Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Strategic Initiatives Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and proactive problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to define project scope, roadmap, and value realization.
  • Establish program governance, manage dependencies, risks, and provide regular executive reporting.
  • Drive adoption and change management strategies to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
  • Translate complex technical work into clear, business-focused updates for leadership and stakeholders.

  • Proven experience managing AI, data, or advanced analytics programs in an agile environment.
  • Highly proactive, self-directed, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and change.
  • Strong executive presence with effective communication skills at the C-suite level.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making processes.
  • Experience working across technical and business teams, fostering collaboration and alignment.
