ServiceNow GRC Analyst

Our client is seeking a ServiceNow GRC Analyst to join their team. As a ServiceNow GRC Analyst, you will be part of the Enterprise Compliance department supporting the implementation and management of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: ServiceNow GRC Analyst

Location: Bellevue, WA 

Duration: 3+ months with possible extension / conversion

What's the Job?

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain GRC data within ServiceNow, including controls, risks, policies, and related records
• Analyze GRC data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or anomalies and escalate findings appropriately
• Conduct quality assurance checks on GRC records to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
• Support review cycles and approval workflows within ServiceNow, ensuring records meet quality thresholds
• Collaborate with control testers and the implementation team to ensure data integrity and successful migration activities

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of experience with GRC platform administration or implementations, preferably ServiceNow GRC/IRM
• Proven experience with data entry, validation, and quality control activities in a compliance or risk management environment
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and low tolerance for data inaccuracies
• Familiarity with GRC concepts such as controls, risks, policies, and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, NIST, ISO 27001)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reconciliation
