Project Manager Non Tech 4

 Our client, a leading organization in the technology and communications sector, is seeking a Project Manager Non Tech 4 to join their team. This is a senior-level Communications Program Manager role supporting the Global Customer Experience Enablement organization. The person in this position will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing communication strategies that drive awareness and engagement for key business initiatives, customer programs, executive updates, and field communications.

This is not a traditional marketing role focused on campaigns or branding. It is more of an internal and customer-facing communications program management role where success depends on strong writing skills, executive presence, stakeholder management, organization, and the ability to manage multiple communications projects simultaneously.
 

Job Title: Project Manager Non Tech 4

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $60/hr - $65/hr

What's the Job?

• Coordinate projects by creating detailed plans to achieve strategic goals and oversee the integration of activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Manage a dynamic portfolio of communications, target audiences, and channels to support awareness and engagement initiatives.
• Develop and execute communication plans, curate content, and publish according to schedules to support customer engagement.

What's Needed?

• 8-10 years of experience in integrated Marketing Communications or Project Management with a focus on communications.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook, including familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools like CoPilot and Teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve and pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Educational background with a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; PMI or PMP certification preferred.
