Our client, a leading global technology and innovation company, is seeking a Business Operations Program Manager to join their team. As a Business Operations Program Manager, you will be part of the Engineering Operations department supporting Engineering Site Leadership, cross-functional business teams, and regional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, excellent communication abilities, and high organizational discipline which will align successfully in the organization

What’s the Job?

  • Drive the rhythm of the business (RoB) by partnering with the Engineering Site Leader to execute core priorities
  • Lead and support cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives with clear planning and measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, communications, and engineering teams to deliver operational and cultural programs
  • Plan and execute meetings, events, offsites, and internal/external engagement activities
  • Continuously improve processes and promote best practice sharing across engineering and GSMO organizations

 

What’s Needed?

  • 7–9 years of experience in business operations, program management, or related field within a large organization
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience influencing stakeholders across teams
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Strong execution, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
