Sales Support Engineer I

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and communications industry, is seeking a Sales Support Engineer I to join their team. As a Sales Support Engineer I, you will be part of the Sales Support Department supporting internal associates and business partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support internal associates and business partners with technical sales consulting
• Respond to email and web inquiries, as well as handle phone calls independently
• Assist in responding to RFPs and creating technical documentation specific to the portfolio
• Maintain and update hands-on competency labs to ensure current technical knowledge
• Design and define system requirements for integrated hardware/software solutions

What's Needed?

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales support or technical roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Sales or related field
• Basic technology skills with the ability to design and present solutions
• Knowledge of the company's product portfolio and services
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and clients
