Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be part of the Program Management Office supporting enterprise transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate complex programs effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Hybrid in Raleigh, North Carolina (onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Pay Range:$75
What's the Job?
- Lead and oversee large-scale, complex enterprise programs with multiple workstreams and project managers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure program milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Manage program governance, budget, and reporting to executive leadership.
- Act as the primary orchestrator for interconnected workstreams, ensuring seamless integration and communication.
- Utilize Jira as the central platform for managing workflows, reporting, and tracking progress.
What's Needed?
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management, IT Delivery, or Enterprise Transformation.
- Advanced Jira expertise, with a proven track record as a power user.
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently, drive accountability, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
