Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Professional to join their team. As a Human Resources (HR) Professional, you will be part of the Employee Support Services supporting HR operations and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: HR Support Specialist
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Pay Range: $28/hr - $30/hr
What's the Job?
- Handle telephonic and electronic inquiries from employees, managers, and external agencies, providing prompt and empathetic support.
- Navigate multiple HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and ADP to identify resources and ensure thorough case documentation.
- Assist employees and people leaders with HR-related questions, routing inquiries to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Contribute to delivering a delightful employee experience by providing accurate and respectful communication.
- Support HR administrative functions, ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.
What's Needed?
- Associates degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of human resources or contact center/HR Shared Services experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; ServiceNow experience preferred.
- Ability to navigate multiple technology tools including Workday, ADP, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
