Buyer 4

Our client, a leading organization in the Facilities and Construction Services industry, is seeking a Buyer 4 to join their team. As a Buyer 4, you will be part of the Procurement Department supporting Facilities-related Services Contracts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: San Jose, CA

What's the Job?

• Coordinate facility-related RFPs and vendor selection processes.
• Analyze vendor proposals, pricing, and service offerings.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communications.
• Coordinate contract reviews and legal approvals.
• Manage contract execution through signature completion.

What's Needed?

• 5–7 years of experience supporting Facilities, Construction, Real Estate, or Building Services projects.
• Experience in service procurement, including RFP/RFQ creation and vendor evaluation.
• Proficiency in contract review, working with Legal teams on redlines, SOWs, and service agreements.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in spend management and vendor performance evaluation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
