QA Engineer (Playwright / MCP Testing)

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in Playwright and MCP testing frameworks to join our team on an urgent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test scripts using Playwright
• Perform MCP (Model/Message/Component Protocol or enterprise-specific) testing
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Develop and maintain test frameworks and reusable test assets
• Analyze test results and report defects with clear documentation
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and DevOps
• Create and execute SQL queries for backend/data validation
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and ensure QA deliverables

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright automation testing
• Experience in MCP testing or similar enterprise test frameworks
• Solid knowledge of QA methodologies and testing lifecycle
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and backend testing
• Experience with test management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
• Exposure to API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured)
• Familiarity with Agile environments
