Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Production Incident Manager (Chandler) to join their team. As a Production Incident Manager (Chandler), you will be part of the Incident Management team supporting critical banking and financial applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Role: Incident Commander
Location: 2505 West Chandler Boulevard, Chandler, AZ 85224 (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)
Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion

What's the Job?
- Oversee and coordinate responses to major incidents impacting business operations.
- Lead triage efforts, host bridge calls, and document incident timelines to ensure swift resolution.
- Coordinate analysis and mitigation strategies, engaging the right experts to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with technical teams and stakeholders during incidents.
- Drive continuous improvement through post-incident reviews and process enhancements.
What's Needed?
- Experience in a Major Incident Management role within a large enterprise IT environment.
- Strong technical background with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- ITIL Certification or equivalent knowledge of incident management best practices.
- Assertiveness, leadership skills, and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with executive-level reporting.
