Our client, a leader in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking a Specialty Software Engineer 4 - Contingent to join their team. As a Specialty Software Engineer 4 - Contingent, you will be part of the IT Development Department supporting workflow automation and platform modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent collaboration abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Support configuration, development, and enhancement of Pega-based workflow applications.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions using App Studio and Dev Studio.
  • Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
  • Assist in testing cycles, solution build-out, and workflow refinement to ensure business readiness.
  • Support ongoing platform execution, process automation, and enterprise workflow modernization efforts.

What's Needed?

  • Hands-on experience with Pega configuration and development, including App Studio and Dev Studio.
  • Proficiency in designing and configuring Pega case types, workflows, data models, and UI components.
  • Ability to interpret business requirements into effective Pega solutions.
  • Experience troubleshooting defects and supporting testing activities.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise application delivery and change management practices.
