As a ServiceNow Product Analyst, you will be an integral part of the AI Innovation team supporting the ServiceNow Core Platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, AI acumen, and the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels, from team members to senior leadership, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What's the Job?
- Ensure traceability and lifecycle management of AI use cases within the ServiceNow platform.
- Coordinate inputs across tenants and development teams to support AI initiatives and ensure production readiness.
- Support sprint execution, backlog management, testing, and validation for AI deployments.
- Serve as a bridge between product, engineering, and governance teams to align AI solutions with enterprise standards.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and facilitate effective communication around AI capabilities and projects.
What's Needed?
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and experience with AI-assisted tools like M365 Copilot.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and features.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to ask the right questions to gather requirements.
- Experience engaging with diverse organizational levels, including directors and VPs.
- Ability to coordinate cross-team dependencies and support sprint execution and validation processes.
